PSA: Diamond City is the only shade that is more of a liquid then a gel. It has the same gel/glitter ratio as every other shade. However, this one decided it wanted to be more special! It works the same as the other gels. When you open it be careful not to spill it. Also, some of the glitter may have settled so give it a good mix before using!
